We are intermediaries of a cultural and natural legacy that we must preserve, care for, protect and maintain for the next generation. And if possible, improve.

Our philosophy is based on being spectators of the cycle of life, interacting as little as possible, both in the vineyard and in the winery. In the vineyard we grow organically, we apply biodynamic techniques, and we make our own compost.

In the winery we do not use commercial yeasts and we try to maintain what the terroir provides.

We help our environment to the extent of our possibilities with the installation of self-consumption photovoltaic panels and the calculation of the carbon footprint.
